These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the My Inner Center website and the sessions, audio content and related services we offer (together, the "Service"). By using the website, requesting a session, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is (and is not)
My Inner Center creates personalized guided meditation and inner-child sessions for personal growth and emotional wellbeing. Our content is designed to help you relax, reflect and work gently on your own inner life.
The Service is not medical care, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, diagnosis, counseling, or crisis or emergency support, and it does not create a therapist-patient or doctor-patient relationship. Our sessions are not a substitute for professional help. Even where members of our team hold professional qualifications, they do not act in that professional capacity through this Service, and using the Service does not make you their patient or client. The Service is a wellbeing and personal-growth offering, not therapy.
If you are experiencing severe distress, a mental health crisis, or thoughts of harming yourself or others, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services immediately. You decide whether a session is appropriate for you and you use it at your own discretion.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us and to use the Service on your own. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. By using the Service you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you meet these requirements.
4. Personalized sessions and what you provide
Our sessions are built from the answers you give us in our intake forms. To create content that fits you, we rely on that information being honest and complete. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you share. Because each pack is produced individually for you, we may contact you if we need to clarify your request, and we may decline or adapt a request that we consider unsafe or outside the purpose of the Service.

5. Orders, prices and payment
Our current main offer is the Personalized Healing Pack: a set of personalized sessions, audio tracks, companion PDF exercises and related support, sold as a single one-time purchase with no subscription. The exact contents, price and any promotional pricing are shown on the relevant offer page and at checkout at the time you buy.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. By purchasing, you authorize the charge shown at checkout. Prices are shown at checkout. For consumers in the European Union, prices are shown in euros and include any applicable VAT; for customers outside the European Union, prices may be shown in US dollars and any local taxes or duties are your responsibility.
6. Delivery
The Service is digital. After your purchase and once you have completed the required intake information, we prepare your personalized content and deliver it to you electronically, usually by email, within a few days. Access to your sessions depends on you providing a valid email address and, where relevant, keeping any access link we send you.
7. Satisfaction guarantee
We offer a satisfaction guarantee: if you complete the full pack, including the sessions and the companion exercises, and you do not feel a meaningful positive change, we will refund your purchase in full. To get the intended benefit we recommend one session of around 30 minutes per week, with no more than two weeks between sessions.
To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at [email protected] within 60 days of your purchase, let us know you completed the pack, and provide reasonable evidence that you completed the sessions and companion exercises. This guarantee is a voluntary commitment we offer in addition to your statutory rights described in section 8.
8. Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving a reason. To withdraw, simply contact us at [email protected] within that period and we will refund you in full.
Because our sessions are personalized and delivered digitally soon after purchase, you may already have received and started using some of your content before the 14 days end. We still honor your withdrawal request during this period. After the 14 days, our voluntary satisfaction guarantee in section 7 continues to apply on its own terms.
9. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for your own personal, non-commercial wellbeing. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any unlawful way. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
10. Intellectual property and your license
All content we provide, including audio sessions, tracks, written materials, templates, text, design and branding, is owned by Inner Spark Center S.L. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
When you purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use your content for your own private use. You may not copy, resell, share, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from our content, and you may not use it commercially, without our prior written permission. Personalized audios created for you are made for you alone.
11. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example Stripe for payments and our email provider for delivery). Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
12. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may change our offers and prices, at any time. We will not change the price of a purchase you have already completed. We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about specific outcomes, results, or wellbeing benefits, as these depend on many personal factors outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any statutory rights that cannot be waived. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from or in connection with the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the purchase concerned. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot resolve it together, consumers may turn to the Spanish consumer arbitration system (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo) or the competent consumer authority in their place of residence.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
